Here is a description of some clinical trials regarding the Metabolic Diet which are useful to understand that it will help you get great results without the slightest effort.
CLINICAL TRIALS
NB Please do not forget that these clinical trials refer to people who have lost weight WITHOUT BEING ON A DIET!
In order to understand how it is possible do obtain such results, we suggest that you read the general document describing the Metabolic Diet.
- The first case is dedicated to one of the numerous patients who come to our medical centre from other cities.
Usually, they are people who are overweight and suffer from thyroid illnesses as well. Therefore, they aim at getting in shape restoring their thyroid functioning and gradually eliminating the hormone dose they have been taking for years.
This clinical trial refers to a woman born in 1966 who first came to our medical centre on April 28, 2008. Her situation was delicate even from an emotional point of view.
In fact, she weighed 98,500 kg and she had been taking a 125-mcg hormone dose for 12 years. In addition, she had been diagnosed with celiac disease and she was told not to eat food containing gluten.
We convinced her that what she was doing was completely wrong, We reduced the hormone dose and we created a specific Metabolic Diet that could meet her needs. She came back in December 2008 and she had already lost 20 kg, but we were especially glad to hear that she was eating bread, pizza, pasta and whatever she wanted without suffering.
- A boy born in 1980 first came to our medical centre on March 10, 2006 when she weighed 92 kg. From a psycho-emotional point of view, he was living a delicate situation and he also had to take a strong tranquilizer and an antipsychotic drug. However, as regards his health, he was really determined to lose weight. In fact, four months later, on July, 13, he weighed 70,300 kg. The last time we saw him, on September 11, 2006, he had reached his ideal weight, that is to say 65,600 kg.
One of his friends had come with him because she wanted to follow his same path. She said she was very surprised because she had not noticed her friend had been on a diet... He had not been indeed!
This is one of our favourite trials, especially because of the words the boy told us when we said goodbye: “Thanks for teaching me that losing weight is possible even if you go to McDonald’s every day”.
In fact, it is important to underline that when we planned his Metabolic Diet, he told us the McDonald’s was his favourite food as well as the place where he met his friends. Obviously, we created a diet which could satisfy his needs and we told him that he could go there whenever he wanted even if we suggested that he did not take French fries just to protect his health.
He told us that he could do it because he liked other things. In October 2009, his cousin came to our medical centre to do what he had already done. It has been a pleasure to know that he still weighs 65 kg after three years.
- A man born in 1937 came to our medical centre on October 15, 2007, when he weighed 95kg. He started the Metabolic Diet and he reached a weight of 85,900 kg on December 29, 2007, therefore, he had lost almost 2 kg in two months.
Then, we saw him for a check-up on January 28, 2008 when he weighed 83 kg. Finally, he took part in the nutrition course in Spring and at the end of the last lesson he greeted Dr. Simeone telling him he had lost total 18 kg thanks to the Metabolic Diet. Thanks to the Metabolic Diet he could eat pasta every day, a kind of food which had been forbidden for two or three years without getting any results. According to Dr. Simeone, such a prohibition had been completely useless since sugar and proteins give 4 calories per gram, that is way, he even let the man eat pasta twice a day.
- A German woman born in 1921 who lived in Italy came to our medical centre on June 1, 2009. She was 88 years old, she was in very good shape even if she was a bit overweight... She had always been in good shape and she was interested in arts and dancing.
In 2000 and in 2002, she had undergone two operations on her femurs. When she came for the first time, she weighed 71,300 kg which was a bit more than she wanted. After starting the Metabolic Diet, she reached a weight of 64,300 kg on September 7, 2009.
- A woman born in 1963 started the Metabolic Diet on September 17, 2004 when she weighed 60,600 kg. At Christmas, she weighed 55,100 kg. You may think that losing 5 kilograms and a half is not all that good... However, we want to underline that these results have been reached “without being on a diet...”
- A woman born in 1960 started the vegetable diet on January 15, 2004 when she weighed 96,300 kg and reaching a weight of 89,300 kg on January, 29: she lost 7 kg in 10 days. Then, she started the Metabolic Diet, thus reaching a weight of 74,200 kg before Summer and 72,500 kg after Summer 2004.
- A girl born in 1973 first came to our medical centre on March 18, 2008. She told us she did not manage to lose weight although she ate very little and she did a lot of physical exercise; she told us that during Christmas time she had had the flu, therefore, she had not eaten much, however, she had put on weight. Finally, she confessed she was obliged to eat carbohydrates only once a week and that she often ate dietetic bars.
Her blood tests revealed she had a disposition to hypothyroidism because TSH levels tended to be high.
The first day, she weighed 81,800 kg and we told her we would help her lose weight despite eating pasta twice a day since it was her favourite food. In fact, without dieting anymore, she started losing weight without even realizing it and she reached a weight of 75,400 kg on June 26. After Summer, on September 4, she weighed 74,900 kg.
On October 2, she reached the weight of 74,400 kg. She managed to learn how to lose weight without dieting.
- A 45-year-old lady started the vegetable diet on January 16, 2004. At first she weighed 72,500 kg and then she reached the weight of 65,300 in fifteen days. On February 2, 2004, she started her Metabolic Diet. She managed to reach the weight of 59 kg before Summer and of 55,200 kg after Summer.
- A girl born in 1987 came to our medical centre for a diet on June 28, 2005 when she weighed 89 kg. Before her holidays, in one month, she reached a weight of 84,700 kg. After Summer, on September 14, 2005, she came to our medical centre again. Then, she weighed 79,400 kg. Afterwards, we attended her for one year allowing her to eat a piece of cake every evening; the last time we met her, on September 29, 2006, she weighed 67,100 kg.
- A boy born in 1972 started the Metabolic Diet on September 15, 2006 when he weighed 126 kg. One month after, on October 23, he weighed 117,600 kg.
- A girl born in 1970 started her diet on March 27, 2006, when she weighed 58,700 kg. She was also taking anti-depressant drugs. On May 26, 2006, she weighed 54 kg: 5 kg less in two months.
- A woman who was 58 years old came to our medical centre on January 23, 2009 when she weighed 97,300 kg. She had weighed 78 kg until 2-3 years before, but then stress and other problems had contributed to her gaining overweight (loss of her mother, motorcycle accident, breast operation, etc.). She was also taking an anti-depressant drug in order to soothe herself. - A woman born in 1949 started the Metabolic Diet on May 6, 2008 when she weighed 75,400 kg. On July 23, 2008, she weighed 70,800 kg.
- A 37-year-old woman first came to our medical centre on April 6, 2009. She had had an abortion in 2008 and then she had put on 10 kg. She decided to fast for 12-13 days, starting from a weight of 67,200 kg.
On the third day, she decided to stop after losing 2 kg in two days and telling us she would start again later.
In fact, we saw her again on June 9, 2009, when she weighed 66,400 kg because she wanted to be on a vegetable diet for a few days; in one week, she lost 3 kg reaching a weight of 63,300 kg on June 18.
Then, she started the Metabolic Diet thanks to which she lost five more kg reaching a weight of 58,100 kg on July 27, 2009.
This clinical trial has been included among the ones referring to the Metabolic Diet even if it was the anomalous case of a patient who decided to use very wellbeing formula elaborated by our medical centre.
